United® Real Estate Announces Vice President of Franchise Operations

United announces Brenda Thompson as new Vice President of Franchise Operations
to support accelerated expansion of its franchise network in 2017

September 13, 2017 (DALLAS) –– United® Real Estate, a fast-growing real estate and franchise organization, announced today that Brenda Thompson, current area vice president and managing broker of United Real Estate | Dallas, will be the new Vice President of Franchise Operations. With the rapid expansion and growth of United’s franchise locations, it was necessary to create a position principally to provide unlimited support to current franchise owners and assist with the on-boarding and training of additional locations. Thompson was a natural fit for the position and will provide brokers and owners with the education and support they need to grow their business and offer her expertise to assist with their recruiting initiatives, agent development and the operational efficiency of United’s full service 100% commission model.

“I can speak confidently for the entire United family of employees, brokers and agents when I state we are all thrilled to have Brenda promoted into this important position,” said Peter Giese, president, United Real Estate. “She has built and operated our largest and most productive office not only in the United system, but also one of the largest real estate offices in the entire Dallas Metroplex. I look forward to working closely with her in this new role as we continue to aggressively invest in supporting our franchisees and their agents continued exponential growth.”

Thompson was the first managing broker with United Real Estate and successfully grew the flagship location in Dallas, Texas to over 300 productive agents in five short years and assisted in creating and testing the processes to grow a successful business with the United model. Thompson also provides a depth of industry experience with 15 years in real estate sales, marketing and management. She brings a wealth of knowledge to United brokers and owners, having managed a United location and will continue to facilitate best practices and help the franchises grow and become competitive in their markets. Earning numerous designations and honors, as well as holding a number of leadership positions throughout her career, Thompson will be an influential addition to the United leadership team.

“I am honored to move into this newly-created leadership position at United Real Estate,” said Thompson. “United has been home to me for the past six years. United’s innovative model is an exciting one for agents, brokers and franchise owners. We have achieved great success in the United Real Estate | Dallas office with a strong commitment to agent career development. This commitment enabled agents from our Dallas office to take home $1 Million in commissions last month alone. I am excited to be part of the company’s growth and am grateful for this incredible opportunity to assist in taking United’s franchise offices to the next level.”

With the promotion of Thompson to Vice President of Franchise Operations, United Real Estate is actively seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as managing broker of its flagship office, United Real Estate | Dallas.
