Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dan Duffy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of United Real Estate Group, a real estate services and franchise holding company comprised of more than 30 affiliated companies operating across major metropolitan and rural lifestyle markets in the U.S. and select international markets. As CEO, Duffy is responsible for setting and executing the company’s long-term strategic vision and leading its national growth strategy.

Duffy is a recognized leader in advanced technology and AI implementation and leads United’s AI Enablement Initiative, overseeing a team of over 40 deeply experienced technologists and operations team members. He and the enablement team have built an AI Playbook and are executing the development and deployment of AI-driven tools designed to create competitive advantage for agents and brokers. United leverages a proprietary technology platform, BullseyeAI, to support productivity, operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making across its network. Duffy regularly speaks on strategic business and technology topics, including the impact of AI, and has previously keynoted technology conferences in both the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to founding United Real Estate Group, Duffy served as President and CEO of the world’s largest Microsoft Business Solutions partner at the time, a two-time Microsoft “Global Partner of the Year” organization with more than 25 offices serving over 12,000 clients across 48 countries. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Development and Financial Officer of an online business-to-business exchange for industrial equipment and began his professional career at Ernst & Young, where he was a founding member of the Chicago office of The Center for Strategic Transactions, providing M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory services.

Duffy holds a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Finance, Strategy, and Marketing. He also completed the Stanford Global AI Leadership Program.
