David Dickey is Chief Product & Technology Officer and co-founder of United Real Estate Group, currently the eighth largest real estate company in the U.S. by transaction count. United Real Estate Group supports more than 600 offices and 24,500 real estate and auction professionals across four continents. The company produced 91,700 transactions and $37.0 billion in sales volume in 2025.
Dickey has led the successful development and launch of United’s proprietary end-to-end agent productivity suite, Bullseye® Cloud-Based Productivity Platform, as well as its AI-driven platform, BullseyeAI. BullseyeAI is fully integrated with United’s existing tools and combines an LLM with a conversational AI assistant and automated AI agents. In his role at United, Dickey oversees the strategic technology product roadmap for United and manages the firm’s in-house software development team. The team supports the company’s entire agent population from coast to coast, executing product customization and roll outs to support agents’ success.
Dickey has 25+ years of technology-based product and professional services experience. He has been on the front lines of sales, service delivery (consulting), project management, has created and grown multiple services practices and managed over 200 consultants in 20+ offices.
He possesses solid business acumen with a keen understanding of the levers that drive services revenue and margin. Dickey has both domestic and international sales and services experience, having managed and grown offices in the U.S., London, Brussels, and Frankfurt. He is outsourcing literate with offshore operations in Chennai and Bangalore, India. Dickey maintains a deep understanding of technology, based on his software development experience, and is very comfortable in business development and selling environments.
