Jayne Ann Conklin is the Director of Network Operations and a servant-leader executive with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, operations, and administration management. At United Real Estate & United Country Real Estate, she has been instrumental in expanding the organization’s national footprint and optimizing processes. Previously, she held leadership roles at The Sunflower Group and American Multi-Cinemas, driving growth and implementing disruptive technologies. Jayne is also active in her community, serving on the Corporate Development Committee for Autism Speaks and as an Affairs Officer for the Civil Air Patrol. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Avila University, an A.A.S. in Computer Technology, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
